Big sea trout, lots of sea trout, any type of sea trout. A desperate cry from a passionate fisher after a unusually long winter. Prolonged periods of cold weather combined with snow really isn't what a fisher wants, we dream away the snow and minus degrees, and wish for the far opposite. It's then food awakens and then the sea trout, and then what we've waited for begins.
The water is still cold, the trout not in top Spring shape but that's not too far away. A week of warmer weather then they start fattening up. But at least it's finally begun.
April is going to be brilliant for sea trout!
