Payment and Cancellation

 ​

• 100% to be paid at least 2 months before trip start (21.04.24 or 05.05.24).

• Cancellation fees are as follows:

• Upto 8 weeks prior to departure = 80% of total price (deposit).

• Upto 2 weeks prior to departure = 90% of total price.

• Less than 2 weeks = 100% of package price.

 

For cancellation, we require you to send confirmation of cancellation via email or post. Please include your bank account number (IBAN), bank’s name and address to ryan@anglerpilot.no

 

 

General Terms and Conditions – AnglerPilot

 

Given the environment that our trips are conducted in, there is always an inherent risk. Whilst the risks are minimal, we do our upmost to reduce the chance of something occurring. Should you have any questions, please address these with us.​

At the time of booking, you (the Client) agree to have undertaken the following points:

- A personal health insurance for all involved that covers your own health and safety in case of accidents or other situations.

- Inform us at least 48hrs prior to our trip together of any life threatening allergies/other medical conditions.

- Please inform us at least 48hrs prior to the trip of any personal dietary needs.

- Inform us at least 48hrs prior to our trip together of any other important information that may increase risks of accidents or undesired events.

It is your (the Client) responsibility to arrive at the accommodation on the agreed date. It is also your (the Client) responsibility to have transport arranged for the duration of the trip. We (the organizers/guides) are not responsible for any delays, cancellations or other reasons affecting transportation to the accommodation, during the trip or from the accommodation. We will strive to do our best to help you find solutions if any problems should occur

We strongly advise that you take out your own personal travel/cancellation insurance that covers any cancellations/material damage that may arise.

Minimum Age & Fitness​

​

Fishing with children - all ages are welcome and are to be always supervised by their parents/guardians.

​We do not permit clients less than 18 years of age unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

By booking a trip with us you represent to us that you are at least 18 years of age, or you are accompanying a younger person that meets requirements.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically fit enough to participate in a trip with us. If you have any questions about the fitness levels required, please ask us before you book the trip.

​By booking a trip with us you represent to us that you are physically fit and capable of participating, and there are no health-related reasons or problems which preclude your participation in the trip.

​AnglerPilot Liability Outline​

​

You acknowledge and agree that participation in trips with AnglerPilot has inherent risks, dangers, and hazards, and may result in injury or illness including, but not limited to bodily injury, disease, strains, fractures, partial and/or total paralysis, death or other ailments that could cause serious disability, and by booking a trip with us you assume all risks and dangers and all responsibility for any losses and/or damages that may arise during your participation with us.

At the time that you book a trip, on behalf of yourself, your personal representatives and your heirs, you voluntarily agree to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend, and indemnify AnglerPilot and all its officers, employees and contractors from any and all claims, actions or losses (including those that arise due to AnglerPilot negligence or carelessness) for bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death, loss of services or otherwise which may arise out of your participation in trips with AnglerPilot.

Communication & Photography​

​

You may be photographed or filmed, and you agree to allow your photography, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose (including social media platforms, website, and newsletters) by AnglerPilot, to inspire others unless you provide specific written notification to the contrary. Any disputes, grievances are to be put in writing and will be dealt with accordingly.
