Variations & Cancellations

​

AnglerPilot strives to provide its clients (you) with an enjoyable and safe trip.  Occasionally unforeseen circumstances (or example adverse weather conditions, staff illness, etc) require us to alter the location, date, or cancel tours. 

​We retain the right to do any of these things within short notice. However where practical we will endeavour to provide you with notice of alterations, cancellations or another solution with an adequate timeframe. 

In the event of AnglerPilot cancels a trip, we will work with you to book you on an alternative date. If however, you are not able to attend a trip on a different date, we will provide you with a full refund of any trip fares already paid.

If cancellation is initiated you (the client), a minimum of at least 48 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation of booked trips, this includes illness and other factors out of AnglerPilots control.

If you fail to show up for a trip or cancel within 48 hours, particularly in the case of special events (addressed in further details below), where we cannot fill your place and have catered and incurred costs to us (AnglerPilot), there will be no refund or credits applicable.

If for a valid medical reason, a medical certificate is required to be emailed to ryan@anglerpilot.no and a refund less administration fees will be issued. This is at the discretion of AnglerPilot.

Where AnglerPilot & the client are unable to immediately reschedule any cancelled trips initiated by the client, a refund will automatically be issued less 10% admins fee. All credits are required to be applied to future bookings at the time of cancellation.

No refunds will be provided due to alterations to any aspect of the trips.

Event Cancellations

​

In the event that AnglerPilot cancels/postpones an event, the money will be credited in full or refunded less 3.5% for financial fees incurred. ​

If clients (you) cancel or pull out from an event such as a day/s, weekend or course, special conditions apply to the cancellations due to the nature of the booking. If a replacement person can attend the ticket will be transferable under AnglerPilot description due to the nature of fitness and age requirements.

If you cancel your attendance to a day event within 14 days, a refund will be issued less 30% fee, unless a replacement can be found by yourself. They must meet the criteria at the discretion of AnglerPilot. If a future trip/course cannot be rebooked with the credit at the time of booking, a refund will be automatically applied.​

Due to the nature of administrative paperwork, no credits will be kept, refunds are automatically issued upon written confirmation of cancellation.

It remains the responsibility of the client to rebook for future trips/events/courses.​

Payments

 

Bookings and Payments are to be made online or via direct bank transfer prior to the registered trip/event. Please contact me directly to discuss any other arrangements.

Minimum Age & Fitness​

​

Fishing with children - all ages are welcome and are to be supervised by their parents/guardians at all times.

​

We do not permit clients less than 18 years of age unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

By booking a trip with us you represent to us that you are at least 18 years of age, or you are accompanying a younger person that meets requirements.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically fit enough to participate in a trip with us. If you have any questions about the fitness levels required, please ask us before you book the trip.

By booking a trip with us you represent to us that you are physically fit and capable of participating, and there are no health-related reasons or problems which preclude your participation in the trip.

AnglerPilot Liability Outline​

​

You acknowledge and agree that participation in trips with AnglerPilot has inherent risks, dangers, and hazards, and may result in injury or illness including, but not limited to bodily injury, disease, strains, fractures, partial and/or total paralysis, death or other ailments that, could cause serious disability, and by booking a trip with us you assume all risks and dangers and all responsibility for any losses and/or damages that may arise during your participation with us.

At the time that you book a trip, on behalf of yourself, your personal representatives and your heirs, you voluntarily agree to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend, and indemnify AnglerPilot and all its officers, employees and contractors from any and all claims, actions or losses (including those that arise due to AnglerPilot negligence or carelessness) for bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death, loss of services or otherwise which may arise out of your participation in trips with AnglerPilot.

Communication & Photography​

​

You may be photographed or filmed, and you agree to allow your photography, video or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose (including social media platforms, website, and newsletters) by AnglerPilot, to inspire others unless you provide specific written notification to the contrary. Any disputes, grievances are to be put in writing and will be dealt with accordingly.
